Chicken Nuggets & Rice Pilaf

  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  2. Steam frozen mixed vegetables on stove-top or in microwave; after heating, melt margarine on them.
  3. Heat nuggets per package instructions.
  4. Blend hot rice and mixed veggies when rice has finished cooking.
  5. Serve your easy meal with grapes (1/4 pound grapes = 1 1/3 cups grapes off the stem) and an icy cold glass of skim milk.
