Chicken Nuggets & Rice Pilaf
- 1/3 cup MINUTE Premium White Rice
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 teaspoon margarine
- 4 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
- 1/4 pound grapes
- 8 ounce fat-free milk
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Steam frozen mixed vegetables on stove-top or in microwave; after heating, melt margarine on them.
- Heat nuggets per package instructions.
- Blend hot rice and mixed veggies when rice has finished cooking.
- Serve your easy meal with grapes (1/4 pound grapes = 1 1/3 cups grapes off the stem) and an icy cold glass of skim milk.
