Curried Rice Bean Salad Recipe

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Toss to mix.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, curry pwdr and black pepper.
  4. Blend thoroughly with rice/bean mix.
  5. Yield: 6 servings.
  6. Approximately 145 calories per serving.
