Pistachio Ambrosia

  1. Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple and oranges, reserving 3 cups juice.
  2. Set fruit aside; pour juice into a 4 quart bowl.
  3. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Add whipped topping and mix until smooth.
  6. Fold in fruit; chill for several hours.
  7. Top with pecans just before serving, if desired.
