Thai Satays
- 2 cups Kraft Peanut Butter
- 4 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 2 cups soy sauce
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 72 each wooden skewers
- Beat peanut butter, barbecue sauce and soy sauce with wire whisk until well blended.
- Divide equally into 2 bowls; set 1 bowl aside to be used as a dipping sauce.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken strips evenly onto skewers.
- Grill 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165F), brushing frequently with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
- Discard any remaining sauce that was used for brushing onto the cooked chicken.
- Serve with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture for dipping.
