Grilled Beef Mole

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill steaks 3 min.
  3. or to medium doneness, turning once.
  4. Meanwhile, dip tortillas, 1 at a time, in mole sauce 20 sec.
  5. or until pliable; fold into quarters.
  6. Place on serving plates; top with sour cream, cheese, onions and sesame seed.
  7. Transfer steaks to serving plates with tortillas.
  8. Drizzle evenly with remaining mole sauce.
