Grilled Beef Mole
- 6 beef sirloin steaks (1-1/2 lb.), 1/4 inch thick
- 6 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1-1/2 cups mole sauce, warmed
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill steaks 3 min.
- or to medium doneness, turning once.
- Meanwhile, dip tortillas, 1 at a time, in mole sauce 20 sec.
- or until pliable; fold into quarters.
- Place on serving plates; top with sour cream, cheese, onions and sesame seed.
- Transfer steaks to serving plates with tortillas.
- Drizzle evenly with remaining mole sauce.
