Sauteed prawns on a bed of creamy spaghetti
- 200 grams spaghetti
- 1 kilogram de-shelled uncooked prawns
- to taste salt and pepper
- 250 ml cream
- 50 grams parsley
- 20 grams chopped garlic
- 1 lemon
- 150 grams butter
- Cook spaghetti using the method of your choice and set aside
- Sautee prawns in oil and water for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and lemon to sauteed prawns
- Remove prawns from the pan.
- In the same pan add cream, chopped parsley and garlic.
- You want to mix in all the prawn flavour and it'll compliment the overall taste
- Add cream to spaghetti add prawns to the top of bed of spaghetti.
- When serving, make sure that the prawn doesnt touch the cream.
- There are two different flavours at play and they should be tried seperately.
