Chicken Shredded Sriracha
- 6 Skinless And Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Top With Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- Bring a pot 3/4 full of water to a boil.
- Add chicken breast halves, make sure they are covered by water.
- Boil for 20 minutes over low heat until no longer pink.
- Mix Sriracha sauce, bbq sauce and ketchup together.
- Drain and shred chicken with fork or hands.
- Meat should come apart easily.
- Pour Sriracha mix over chicken.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese if making a salad.
