Chicken Parmesan
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 28 ounces Italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Bake covered 15 minutes.
- In a sauce pan over medium high heat combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and garlic.
- Stir constantly until sauce is thickened.
- Pour over chicken; top with cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes uncovered.
