Sweet Potato Fries
- 12 lb sweet potato
- paprika
- sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- nonstick cooking spray (optional)
- Peel your sweet potatoes.
- Cut each potato into the shape of regular fast food fries.
- You can use any shape, but I find this one cooks best.
- You don't want them too thin otherwise they'll burn quickly.
- Too thick and they'll take a long time to cook.
- Spread evenly on either a non-stick pan or one that's been very lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Try to get them to not touch each other too much.
- Sweet potatoes sweat when they cook and you don't want them to stay too soggy.
- Sprinkle them evenly with the paprika, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.
- I usually go once around the pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 15 minutes Then broil for about another 5.
- Keep an eye once you start to broil, depending on your oven setting it can take longer or shorter and you don't want them to burn.
- A little brown is fine though.
- Once they're a little crispy they're done.
- Eat and enjoy!
