Cabbage! Delicious and Healthy Okonomiyaki

  1. Mix together ingredients marked with to make a thick broth.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl, and mix in all of the ingredients aside from the tempura crumbs.
  3. Shred the cabbage.
  4. Slice the green onions.
  5. Mix Steps 1 and 2 together with cooking chopsticks.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, and spread out the meat.
  7. Add lots of batter and sprinkle with tempura crumbs, and shape the edges.
  8. Cook until golden brown.
  9. Slide it onto the lid and flip over.
  10. Cover with a lid, and cook until golden brown.
  11. Transfer to a plate, add the sauce and mayonnaise, top with kezuribushi, and it is done.
