Molasses Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl, beat well.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add in to egg mix alternating with buttermilk beginning and ending with flour mix.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in pecans.
  6. Spoon batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min.
  8. Cold in pans for 10 min.
  9. Remove from loaf pan and let cold completely.
  10. Yields 1 loaf.
