Portobello-Swiss Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush vegetables evenly with half the dressing.
  3. Grill, dressing sides down, 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until mushrooms start to soften.
  5. Turn vegetables; brush with remaining dressing.
  6. Grill 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until vegetables are tender.
  8. Remove onions from grill.
  9. Top mushrooms with cheese; grill 1 min.
  10. or until melted.
  11. Mix mayo and mustard until blended; spread onto bottom halves of rolls.
  12. Fill with spring mix, mushrooms and onions.
