Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe

  1. Boil potatoes, mash while warm.
  2. Add in salt and mustard.
  3. Add in very slowly the oil, constantly beating.
  4. Season with Tabasco, onion juice and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  5. A bit of turmeric may be added to give proper color.
  6. Used in World War I.
