Spicy Fish Taco Filling

  1. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the fish with the spice mixture and cook until golden brown and opaque throughout, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  4. Using a fork, flake the fish into large chucks.
