Bahia's Potato Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkt frzn hash brown potatoes, (32 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 ounce American cheese, grated
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 sm onion, minced
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Thaw potatoes and place in dish.
- Mix next six ingredients and pour over the potatoes.
- Top with crushed corn flakes; drizzle with butter.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min.
