Beef Jerky

• 7 12 lbs extra lean ground beef
• 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 13 cups spicy bbq sauce
• 1 cup soya sauce
• 14 cup black pepper
• 14 cup steak spice
• 14 cup brown sugar
• 14 cup chopped garlic

1. Mix the marinate (all but the beef) and add beef.
2. Let sit for at least 12 hours, then put into a dehydrator at 150 degrees farenheit for 4-5 hours, or until dry.
