Zucchini Washington Recipe
- 2 small yellow squash, minced into bite size pcs
- 1 large dark green zucchini, minced into bite size pcs
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mozzarella
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fry bacon till crispy.
- Pour out most of the bacon fat.
- Chop the bacon into small pcs.
- Set aside.
- Add in extra virgin extra virgin olive oil in the same skillet which the bacon was cooked in.
- Saut
yellow squash, green zucchini, extra virgin extra virgin olive oil, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, bacon, garlic, onion, salt
