MIRACLE WHIP Bacon and Egg-Wich

• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
• 2 slices country white bread, toasted
• 2 cooked bacon slices
• 5 pieces arugula

1. Cook egg in skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 min.
2. on each side or until white is completely set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
3. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce until blended.
4. Spread 1 toast slice with Miracle Whip mixture; top with egg, bacon and arugula.
5. Cover with remaining toast slice.
