Kick the Winter Blahs Salad (Kale and Beets)

  1. In a large bowl, combine garlic, jam, mustard and vinegar.
  2. Whisk in the oil.
  3. Add kale and toss to dress.
  4. Sprinkle with the beets and seeds.
  5. Season with salt/pepper and toss one more time to distribute dressing.
  6. Top with radishes and set out on the table.
