Ww Weight Watchers Turkey Burger W/ Chili Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Coat a nonstick baking sheet and broiler rack with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, egg whites, cumin, salt, chili powder, and pepper; toss to coat.
  4. Transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Bake until potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a large bowl lightly combine turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  7. Form into 4 burgers.
  8. Increase oven temperature to broil.
  9. Broil fries until crispy, about 10 minutes.
  10. At the same time, broil burgers till brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  11. Place on rolls and serve immediately.
