Dawn's Saute Shrimp

  1. If you have fresh shrimp peel, and devein the shrimp.
  2. If frozen thaw according to package.
  3. While your chopping your red onion u can let the butter start melting.
  4. Over medium high heat.
  5. Chop red onion when butter is almost melted add onions, saute for a couple minutes.
  6. Then add minced garlic.
  7. Saute until translucent.
  8. Add shrimp and lemon juice.
  9. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
  10. Be careful not to over cook shrimp they can get rubbery.
  11. When done serve and enjoy
