Quick Mexican Rice
- 1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- Cook rice in medium saucepan as directed on package.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir on low heat 1 min.
