Thanksgiving inspired sliders.
- 1 lb Ground turkey 85/15
- 1 box Traditional sage stuffing
- 12 Soft dinner rolls
- 1 large Egg (Beaten)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Brown Gravy(or any preffered flavor)
- Cut dinner rolls in half,set aside.
- Prepare stuffing according to directions.
- Keep warm
- In a medium bowl,Combine Ground Turkey,Beaten egg,pinch of salt,And one half cup of the stuffing mixture.
- Coat bottom of large skillet in oil.
- On medium high heat allow oil to sizzle.
- Pat out 12 slider sized patties about a quarter inch thick.
- (place in freezer for a few minutes if mixture is too tacky.
- Fry for approximately 7 minutes per side or until done(This will depend on the thickness of the patty)
- Heat Gravy to preffered temp.
- (I microwave mine)
- Place patties on rolls,Top with a spoonfull of the leftover stuffing mixture,and smother in gravy.
- Top it and enjoy
