Southwestern Ham & Eggs With Salsa

• 2 tablespoons Molly McButter
• 12 egg whites
• 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
• 14 cup minced jalapeno pepper
• 10 ounces lean ham, minced
• 12 cup salsa

1. Combine ingredients (except salsa) in bowl & mix well.
2. Pour into 8 x 8 pan, bake @ 375 for 40 min.
3. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
4. Served with warmed salsa.
