Sweet & Salty Pork and Shimeji Mushrooms

  1. Remove the base from the shimeji mushrooms and shred them apart.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a small pot and heat.
  3. Once boiling, add the pork and shimeji.
  4. Lower the heat down to low-medium, cover with a lid, and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
  5. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish.
  6. If you put it on rice to make a rice bowl, it will be really tasty, so please try that too.
  7. If you want to make a lot, it will taste best if you double the seasoning ingredients.
  8. Use 300 g of meat, 1 pack of shimeji, and 1 onion.
