Oven-Roasted Potatoes
- 3 gal. new red bliss potatoes, quartered
- 1 gal. red onions, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups canola oil
- 1/4 cup GOOD SEASONS Italian Dry Mix Salad Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- Combine potatoes and onions in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Spread evenly into six full sheet pans (or one full sheet pan for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in 350 degrees F-convection oven 15 to 20 min.
- or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork, stirring after 10 min.
