Parmesan Crisps

  1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
  2. Brush flour tortillas with olive oil; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Cut each tortilla into quarters.
  4. Place tortilla quarters in 15 1/2-inch by 10 1/2-inch jelly-roll pan.
  5. Broil until golden brown.
