Mini Caesar Bites

  1. Place baguette slices in single layer in sheet pan.
  2. Bake in 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) standard oven 10 to 12 min.
  3. or until golden brown, turning after 5 min.
  4. Cool.
  5. Mix dressing, lemon zest and pepper.
  6. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  7. For each serving: Toss 3/4 oz.
  8. (20 g) lettuce with 1/4 oz.
  9. (7 g) dressing; spoon evenly onto 3 toast slices.
  10. Top each with 1/4 tsp.
  11. (1 mL) bacon and 1/2 tsp.
  12. (2 mL) cheese.
