Short Ribs Bayou Style Recipe

  1. Heat shortening in electric skillet set at 300 degrees.
  2. Coat meat lightly with flour.
  3. Brown in skillet 5 to 8 min.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and turn temperature to 200 degrees.
  5. Cover and cook 2 to 3 hrs or possibly till meat is very tender.
  6. Add in more water, if necessary.
  7. Serves 6.
