Turkey Brie and Cherry Grilled Sandwich
- 8 ounces, weight Brie
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 8 slices Your Favorite Bread
- 1 pound Deli Turkey, Sliced Thin
- 1 cup Cherries, Sliced
- Slice the brie so that you have approximately 4 to 5 slices per sandwich.
- Butter one side of each of the slices of bread.
- Place the bread buttered side down on a hot griddle, pan or electric skillet (whichever method you use to toast up your sandwiches).
- On top of this slice, layer the turkey, cherries, and the brie.
- Place a slice of buttered bread on top of the layers.
- Grill to perfection on both sides, making sure that the brie is melted.
