Turkey Brie and Cherry Grilled Sandwich

  1. Slice the brie so that you have approximately 4 to 5 slices per sandwich.
  2. Butter one side of each of the slices of bread.
  3. Place the bread buttered side down on a hot griddle, pan or electric skillet (whichever method you use to toast up your sandwiches).
  4. On top of this slice, layer the turkey, cherries, and the brie.
  5. Place a slice of buttered bread on top of the layers.
  6. Grill to perfection on both sides, making sure that the brie is melted.
