Chili Stew Recipe

  1. Cook onion, garlic, and green peppers in fat till soft.
  2. Push to one side of skillet and add in meat.
  3. Stir till brown and crumbly.
  4. Add in tomatoes, beans, and seasonings; simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Good with crackers and vegetable salad.
