Bok Choy Salad With Miso Ginger Dressing

  1. In small bowl, whisk together the ginger, vinegar, miso, oil and honey.
  2. Place bok choy in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing and gently toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
