  1. Chill 7-ounce Champagne glass.
  2. Rinse glass with the vermouth (save the vermouth).
  3. Add lime juice and Chambord.
  4. Fill glass with Champagne of choice.
  5. Top with reserved vermouth, cherry juice and bitters.
  6. Garnish with cherry.
