Me And Mrs. Jones
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce fresh or Rose's lime
- 1 ounce Chambord
- 5 ounces Champagne
- Dash or 2 of maraschino cherry juice
- Dash of bitters
- Maraschino cherry
- Chill 7-ounce Champagne glass.
- Rinse glass with the vermouth (save the vermouth).
- Add lime juice and Chambord.
- Fill glass with Champagne of choice.
- Top with reserved vermouth, cherry juice and bitters.
- Garnish with cherry.
