Chicken Supreme
- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 15 ounces, weight Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Garlic Salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut raw chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, and add chicken.
- While cooking, sprinkle garlic salt over the chicken.
- Continue cooking chicken until all pieces are done.
- Drain any excess water or oil from the pan.
- While chicken is cooking, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a medium bowl.
- Mix chicken and broccoli together in a large casserole dish.
- Pour sauce over the top and sprinkle cheddar cheese all over the top of the dish.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
