Carmel's Easy Baked Cheesecake

  1. Base:.
  2. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  3. Press into 22cm pie dish and chill.
  4. Filling:.
  5. Preheat oven to 150 Celcius.
  6. Place fresh cream, cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and custard powder in large bowl and beat like mad.
  7. Add vanilla, beat.
  8. Mixture should be smooth and creamy.
  9. Spoon into base and sprinkle with extra biscuit crumbs on top.
  10. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the cake starts splitting on top.
  11. The top should be pale gold.
  12. Remove from oven, cool.
