Rum Punch Painkiller
- Crushed ice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 1 -ounce lime juice
- 1/2 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
- 3 ounces Pusser's dark rum
- 1 -ounce simple syrup
- Dash freshly grated nutmeg, optional
- Cinnamon stick
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish
- In a pitcher filled with ice, add all the ingredients, except for the garnish, and stir until combined.
- Pour into individual glasses and garnish with the orange slices and pineapple wedges.
