Cafe Mocha

  1. Place cocoa powder in a large bowl.
  2. Slowly stir in boiling water.
  3. Stain through fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps of cocoa.
  4. Stir in Eagle Brand.
  5. Store covered in Refrigerator up to 5 days until ready to use.
  6. For each cup of coffee, stir 2-3 tablespoons of Cafe Mocha mix.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if using.
