Cafe Mocha
- hot strong coffee
- 12 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- whipped cream (optional)
- chocolate shavings (optional)
- Place cocoa powder in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in boiling water.
- Stain through fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps of cocoa.
- Stir in Eagle Brand.
- Store covered in Refrigerator up to 5 days until ready to use.
- For each cup of coffee, stir 2-3 tablespoons of Cafe Mocha mix.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if using.
