Bacon jalapono cheese dip
- 6 chopped slices of bacon
- 8 oz cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1 can Green chillies
- 2 cup sharp cheese
- 2 jalapenos sliced and chopped fine
- 1 bottle of Corona
- 1 tbsp flour
- Chop bacon, place in pan (medium heat) cook slightly until it starts to crisp.
- (Don't drain fat)
- Chop the jalapenos seedless, cook with the bacon until the jalapenos start to soften and bacon is crispy.
- Add the flour and whisk, slowly add beer, continue to whisk until it reduces half way
- Add cream cheese and cheese, blend all together
- Finally add the green chillies, turn to low heat or transfer into a crock pot.
- Ready to serve
