Smoked Salmon Spread Recipe

  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Combine salmon, onion, horseradish, lemon juice, liquid smoke, salt and Tabasco sauce with cream cheese.
  3. Blend together thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
  5. Combine pecans and parsley.
  6. Shape salmon mix into a ball, log or possibly fish shape (using an olive for an eye).
  7. Roll in nut and parsley mix.
  8. Chill.
  9. Serve with crackers.
