Smoked Salmon Spread Recipe
- 1 can (15 1/2 ounce.) salmon
- 2 teaspoon grated onions
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 c. minced pecans
- 3 tbsp. parsley
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- Drain and flake salmon.
- Combine salmon, onion, horseradish, lemon juice, liquid smoke, salt and Tabasco sauce with cream cheese.
- Blend together thoroughly.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs.
- Combine pecans and parsley.
- Shape salmon mix into a ball, log or possibly fish shape (using an olive for an eye).
- Roll in nut and parsley mix.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
