Beef With Red Onion Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. Marinate the meat overnight in the Italian dressing.
  2. Grill to desired tenderness.
  3. Let meat rest; wrap in foil.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper.
  5. Add in the oil in a stream, whisking till the dressing is emulsified.
  6. Stir in the onion and parsley.
  7. Slice the steak and serve with dressing drizzled over it.
