Busy Night Pizza Recipe
- 1 lrg Italian bread shell (baked pizza crust)
- 8 ounce part-skim mozzarella shredded
- 1 lrg ripe tomato thinly sliced
- 2 c. thinly-sliced roasted ham
- 2 x roasted red pepper quarters thinly sliced
- 2 x roasted red onion quarters separated
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place the bread shell on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with the tomato, ham, red pepper, and onion.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake till pizza is piping warm and the cheese melts, about 15 min.
- Serve hot.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
