Ettas Pot Roast

  1. You should use a large frying pan (chicken fryer) Place on high heat add oil let heat up
  2. Add Chuck Steak and brown meat on both sides.
  3. Add Vinegar, Water let cook a few minutes.
  4. Add Carrots, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Potatos, Bay Leave, Parsley, and Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cover.
  6. Let Simmer for around 1 1/2 hour (or until meat is tender).
  7. Enjoy!
