Mom's Sunshine Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello in warm water.
  2. To the pineapple juice, add in sufficient water to make 1 c.; then add in vinegar and salt.
  3. Add in the pineapple mix to the Jello and water.
  4. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  5. Fold carrots, nuts and pineapple into the Jello.
  6. Pour into Jello mold.
  7. Serve on lettuce.
  8. Garnish with mayonnaise.
