Oatmeal Fudge Bars
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chips
- 1 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Mix sugar, 3/4 cup margarine, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in Bisquick and oats until smooth.
- Heat chips, milk, 2 tablespoons margarine and salt in saucepan, stir until smooth.
- Stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Press 2/3 mixture in 15 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
- Spread chocolate mixture over top, drop remaining mixture over chocolate by tablespoonfuls.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Cool well.
- Cut into bars.
