Orange Chicken Curry
- 8 large chicken pieces
- 125 millilitres chutney
- 325 millilitres orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 4 tablespoons spices hot
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups rice
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
- Brown chicken in oil
- arrange in oven proof dish
- mix the remaining ingredients together
- Pour over chichen
- cook in oven for 90 minutes turning half way through
- Boil rice
- Remove lid for about 10 minutes before finished
- Drain rice
