Beth's Hail Mary Chili

  1. Brown meats, then combine all ingredients together and cook on stove (or slow cook in crock pot) until peppers & onions are soft and liquid has reduced to your preference.
  2. I like to cook it very slowly for a few hours, but you can cook it faster and it'll still be good.
