Caesar Potatoes Recipe
- 1 env Good Seasons Gourmet Caesar or possibly Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb red potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 med red or possibly green pepper cut into 1" pcs
- 1 med onion cut into 1" pcs
- Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope with vinegar and oil, omitting water.
- Toss remaining ingredients with dressing mix.
- Spoon proportionately onto double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil; close foil to create tightly-sealed pouch.
- Place on grill over medium coals.
- Grill 30 to 35 min or possibly till tender, turning halfway through grilling time to prevent burning.
- This recipe yields 6 (3/4-c.) servings.
- To Bake: Prepare as directed except for grilling.
- Spoon proportionately into 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking pan lined with foil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min or possibly till tender.
