Caesar Potatoes Recipe

  1. Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope with vinegar and oil, omitting water.
  2. Toss remaining ingredients with dressing mix.
  3. Spoon proportionately onto double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil; close foil to create tightly-sealed pouch.
  4. Place on grill over medium coals.
  5. Grill 30 to 35 min or possibly till tender, turning halfway through grilling time to prevent burning.
  6. This recipe yields 6 (3/4-c.) servings.
  7. To Bake: Prepare as directed except for grilling.
  8. Spoon proportionately into 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking pan lined with foil.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min or possibly till tender.
