Reduced Fat Satay Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in microwave safe bowl.
  2. Cover with cling wrap.
  3. Microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until sauce has thickened slightly and is heated through.
  4. Serve with grilled fish or chicken, or with an assortment of vegetables for Gado Gado.
