Broiled Tomatoes With Feta And Fresh Oregano Recipe

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Lightly oil a baking sheet and place tomato slices on it.
  3. Drizzle slices with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with oregano leaves and feta.
  5. Place tomatoes under broiler and cook till slices soften a bit and cheese is slightly browned, 3 to 4 min.
  6. Remove carefully with a spatula to plate.
  7. This recipe yields 4 servings as side dish.
