Avocado Stressbuster Smoothie

  1. In the pitcher of a blender add 1 cup water, the milk, honey, ice cubes and avocados, and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste may vary based on the sweetness of the avocados; add additional honey if needed.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds, then pour into glasses and serve.
